A) Specification:

1) Material: E1 grade MDF Board with waterproof

2) Size:

Width: 25—600mm

Thickness: 6—30mm

Length: up to 5400mm (Chinese sole manufacturer only)

3) Design and manufacture according to customer’s special request

B) Quality Requirements:

1) Density: 700-750kg/m3 for MDF materials.  or Solid Wood.

2) Glue: E1 grade

3) Primer: Primed after Gesso or with water/oil base primer directly

4) Dimension tolerance: ±0.3mm5) Finishing: Flat , smooth and clean surface, no color difference.

C) Packing:

We can design the packing as to the order size or customized

D) Application and Export:

Export to the Australian and North America etc market for interior decoration use.

E)Management Certificate:

To be responsible for quality control during products produced process with

ISO9001-2008 international management systems.
